The decor / colors are nice. Good breakfast and incredibly kind and helpful breakfast attendant/host.

Room doors slam, woke me up several times at night. The room hvac unit did not have a fan that continually run to help mask hall noise and ventilation.

Room size and cleanliness was excellent

Breakfast was terrible. Ran out of coffee ran out of food. I understand there were a lot of teenagers in the hotel that night, which can be very challenging, but they were not prepared for that challenge.

I thought it was odd when we checked in that they were working on the building on a Sunday. New years eve we went out and returned at 2:30am needing a good nights rest. We were woken up New Years morning by a power saw! REALLY?!?!? Unbelievable!!

The room felt very dirty because of the the walls and ceilings. It felt moldy like moisture was within the walls and ceilings, the ceiling had leak moisture you could see right above the bed. The towels didn't smell clean, smelled no detergent.

NOTHING MY room wasn"t what it was supposed to be. I had no pull out couch . Needed it because my grandson was to stay. My son had a room problem so the 5 of us stayed in a room that only slept 2. had to pay for cots.Staff was very rude and unhelpful.

The staff did not seem to know how to manage emergencies. They kept hiding in the back office when they had an issue. Terrible hotel , dirty and not managed well.

Everything was great with the room

Yes. Being woken up by a crying baby at 6 am on Dec 24th after having a long day of traveling and being exhausted.

Close to the Highway and a pretty nice staff

The bathroom sink leaked real bad and are shoes stuck to the entry floor. I wiped the floor with a wet one and it was black! It wasn¿t clean at all!

The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. They could not have been nicer or more helpful

Wall paper was peeling. soda spilled all over the bathroom counter and floor. Not sure how housekeeping could have missed that. manager said housekeeping was gone for the night but he offered to come up and clean it himself. Very nice but room old /dirty

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a great conversation with the guy at the front desk when I went down for coffee at 3:50 in the morning. He hopped right up and made a fresh pot as I waited.

Cleanliness

I had booked 2 queen beds and was given only 1 bed. My daughter and niece slept on the bed and I the couch. I didn't sleep well

The room was very noisy and smelly. I couldn't sleep well and was not comfortable with strange smell.

Desk clerk gave us a room that was already occupied, when my wife opened the door and backed in with her luggage she scrwamed cuz there was someone in the bed. When confronted, the deak clerk said happens all the time...

Very friendly staff, coffee 24 hrs. was perfect, exactly what I needed that day. Hot breakfast on Sunday morning was plus.

Only one Bellman's Cart in the lobby, missing in the morning. Everything else was excellent.

We had a smoking room. I booked a non smoking king. Front desk person not helpful and not friendly.

Best thing about this hotel is its location to Clinton and ease of access of rt78

The cleanliness, the size of ny room..Neutrogena products were left in room for us to use.cleaning girls on my floor did there jobs well.very happy with my hotel. Would of liked a bar &pool

Saw a large roach? Scurry across floor.Carpet in lobby and hallway needed cleaning. Trash can outside overflowing.
