Pros +

The location
The staff was very courteous and efficient.
Convienient location, clean room.

Cons -

The room was dirty. There was a half of roll of toilet left in the room that was the only toilet in the room the toilet paper holder was broken. The sink had mold around it. The refrigerator was dirty the freezer was nastier then the refrigerator.
Ugh. Dirty. Badly soiled soft surfaces. Horrific smell of smoke in nonsmoking room. Dirty toilet. Just felt unclean every minute. I slept in my clothes, on top of bed covered with my sheet. Dirty cup that wasn't mine under AC. Countertops not wiped down.
Wifi didn't work during our stay. Some outlets were broken.
