Location
The view out of the room was very nice.
Very old place but they have kept it in great shape! I will return to this hotel whenever I visit my grandkids.

Cons -

It was not a good value for the price charged. It would have been acceptable at 1/3 the cost.
The owners live above the reception desk, and stay there. It took 3 calls to voice mail, and finally guessed to ring the outdoor buzzer to check in. The breakfast area was set up once, a large work crew wiped out the food & drink. Again, no monitoring,
The room is small, esp the bathroom - but one can't really ask for more at this price. There are parts that are run down and need repair. It would be WONDERFUL if you accepted pets.

It's location, proximity to Dartmouth and it's price makes it ideal for an overnight stay. Also, the rooms seemed to be well soundproofed (or our neighbors were very quiet). The bed was comfortable. It's always nice to have a fridge and microwave.

The room is small, esp the bathroom - but one can't really ask for more at this price. There are parts that are run down and need repair. It would be WONDERFUL if you accepted pets.
