- Very quaint and charming room with nice view of the bridge in town. Comfortable and clean and a good value compared to other area hotels. Staff not rated as this is a self check in and out establishment. Coffee, water bar and snacks were an added plus.

- The contactless aspect and zero support when we inevitably did not receive the check in text, lack of amenities/misleading in-room entertainment options, sub par pantry options/ice machine, etc
- The only thing that was an issue but not really an issue was how hard the door closed to the room. We felt a little bad that we had to shut it really hard to get it to close. But like I said, not really an issue at all.
- The elevator had a mind of its own and was very slow. It would come down, not open and go back up. Wound up finding and using the stairs instead. Thermostat in the room was inoperable but temp was comfortable.

Hotel is completely inaccessible and unsafe for handicapped, disabled, or elderly guests. Additionally, the elevator almost knocked my father over and it kept trying to close when we were still entering. I have concerns about safety and accessibility.

Cute inn with just enough room for us and upgraded amenities. Loved the available hotel bicycles! Also a plus to have their iPad in the room although WIFI was VERY slow. Rooms are "small" but plenty of space for us. Beautiful public room with free snacks.
From the pictures you expect some sort of water view considering location of Inn even if your room was on the city side. There is no viewable access to water front. But there are plenty of restaurants close by to enjoy the water view and sunset!
