Right off the highway

Yes! Walking in the back door was filthy, the elevator was not as clean as could be. The couch in our room has white stuff literally dripping down the front of it, it was dry but looked disgusting, room 223 I believe we stayed in, and no fan in bathroom

Musty smell, old fixtures and outdated paint scheme.

The breakfast that was included¿ not just bagels! Scrambled eggs and sausage, hot coffee, fruit and yogurt! Thank you! Also it rained a lot while we were there, so the pool was great for my kids.

I can¿t think of anything. We plan on coming to the area again next year and will probably stay here again. Super friendly staff.

Close to the college. Location was quiet. AM food had many good choices. Staff was great.

Room was dated. Issue with tv, lamp did not work.

I didn¿t like the fact that there was a party in a room near me who were making lots of noise and couldn¿t think. I also didn¿t like that they can¿t give you a refund

It had a new feel, clean. It had a well run morning breakfast and large seating area . Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The morning breakfast sandwiches had ¿plant made¿ sausage instead real meat. Ice machine on our floor didn¿t work.

The staff at the front desk were outstanding! Super friendly and gave us recommendations of things to do in the area!

Cleaning issues. We find on both rooms cans, plastic bottles and used towels behind the beds. Hair on the bathroom.

Thick Cob webs in room that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, wall paper peeling, guests kept me up until 2am, tailgating in parking lot. Understandably no hot breakfast provided due to COVID 19 even though it was advertised in booking.

Room was not totally clean. Dusty, garbage behind stands, and hair on floor.

Front Desk Staff was excellent. Beds were amazing, and the Coffee and Breakfast was great

AC unit was ancient, and the wallpaper was pulling away from the wall and bumpy.

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in...and I travel a lot! The location to Portsmouth is great. We saved a lot of money by staying 5 minutes outside the historic Portsmouth area.

Hotel was convenient to the highway. Was near our destination and the staff was easy and pleasant to work with.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights. I was skeptical when I first booked it. It does need upgrades but overall was very neat and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The location to everything was great. Free breakfast was good.

The shower is impossible for tall people. There was limited to no tv available. But other than that, a very basic hotel.
