This oceanfront motel located in Hampton Beach is 6 minutes’ drive from the Hampton Beach State Park and a beach is available opposite the property. An on-site seasonal outdoor pool offers swimming and every room includes a kitchenette. A balcony with an ocean view is available in select rooms at The Atlantic Motel. Every room includes a cable TV. Free Wi-Fi is provided in public areas around the Atlantic Motel – Hampton Beach and terraces are available to guests. The Casino Ballroom is 10 minutes' walk away. North Hampton State Beach is 13 minutes’ walk away and the Seabrook Dunes and Beach are 2.5 mi from the property.

- Very clean, updated rooms. Staff is kind and they are very friendly.
- Location and the staff. Having a pool is great as well. Easy Parking in and out.
- The location was the best part! Literally right at the end of the strip but still walking distance to the boardwalk area! Perfect at the quieter end of the beach within walking distance to go back to you room to use the facilities as needed.
Cons -

- We get the pandemic has been difficult and we see from our last visit the Motel seems to be going through a complete do-over and is looking nice. The rooms require some TLC. Overall it is a good place. Shout out to Cole.
- The room was updated with the exception of the bathroom. Too bad they didn¿t do that part too, the tub was old, outdated and the faucet leaked all the time. Whoever did the renovation was a hack job. Left paint dripping, measurements written on walls.
