- Unfortunately, my wife and I had not had an experience with the Bed and Breakfast Theme. No TV in the room and we had to pay an upgrade just to get our own bathroom. If Bed and Breakfast is what you seek, great place, but it just wasn't what we wanted.
- The only drawback for me was hearing cars go by late at night. Easily remedied by turning on the air conditioner or soft music on the iPad.

The location is great, sitting right on the river just outside of North Conway we were out of the bustle but close enough to things to do in all directions. The decor was cozy, fresh and charming, not at all outdated.
The only drawback for me was hearing cars go by late at night. Easily remedied by turning on the air conditioner or soft music on the iPad.
The hosts were friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful. Waffles one day, blueberry pancakes the next.
