- It was more than expected. Room was so pretty and stuff was nice. A lot of tea choices, breakfast was really good!!
Cons -
- We did not sleep at all. The heater in the room hissed and banged all night long. The sheets were so pilled, they were uncomfortable. The person who checked us in told us we could have tea, but the process was not explained and we were uncomfortable.

The hotel was charming, clean and the food and tea selection was wonderful. The woman who checked us in was pleasant and the woman who served us breakfast was very nice and efficient.

Staff was so friendly and they offered a delicious breakfast. I also loved the Victorian style of furnishings and in every detail of decor.
