- The Breakfast was the best part of the stay!
- Good value, overall cleanliness, friendly staff
- Price was decent
Cons -
- The staff was rude, a lady was checking us in and a gentleman came in and was using a demeaning voice towards the lady, he was rude and inconsiderate. You could tell he did not care about being there. The room was outdated and uncomfortable.
- Incredibly loud. Had numerous construction workers drinking and being loud throughout the night. Neighbor upstairs had children running back and forth most of the night. Room was beside the clerk seat and could hear them clearly in my room
- A general lack of professionalism particularly with front desk staff. They seemed competent but think if they could wear logo shirts/slacks to differentiate them from guests and more training would help. Carpet worn/dirty. Pool not good.
