The shower, bed , and the staff.

The indoor pool area was hot as hell, then you get in the hot tub and if feels luke warm. My lady and I just hopped in the damn pool. Bring booze and a speaker and dance in the pool. Oh and jets in the hot tub suck.

Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but very good and well stocked.

The door to our bathroom did not shut properly and made a terrible noise as it rubbed on the transition piece from the carpet to tile. It sounded like the bottom of the door was going to break every time you opened or shut the door.

Location and design. Hot tube was up and working.

We couldn't see a street sign for Olson road.

It was clean,staff were friendly and helpful and it was on main highway. It is located by Shadow Lake mall and Hy-vee. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a good mix of carbs and protein. My husband loved the fresh baked cookies put out daily

Location was very convenient to everything. It was very clean except the trash can outside the front doors was overflowing both days we were there.

It is in the same location of where my son lives. Also within walking distance to restaurants.

Yes, there mold stains on the bottom corners of the shower curtain. You can also here too much noise from surrounding rooms. 😫

The room smelled like mildew. The hotel wasn't that booked but they jammed all the occupants to the same side of the hotel so it was incredibly loud all night. So much so that we woke up every single hour or more. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

We stayed during a snow storm. The staff was extremely helpful, helping clear cars, and even scooping a path to a nearby restaurant. The other really pleasant surprise is the the heated swimming pool.

The breakfast begins at 7:00 am on weekends, instead of 6:00 am during the week. Not such a good deal for us early risers.

Wow, the staff here was amazing. It's like we were staying with friends! So helpful with dining suggestions and always checking on our comfort.

A/C in room kept going on and off all night and never did reach a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was a joke. No spray so waffles stuck. The syrup dispenser was broken so they brought out sugar free packets of syrup. Everything they had was carbs.

Pool chemicals were bad, room smelled like urine, candy under bed, food was bad
