Clean, room size
Very clean. Though small, they have a nice fitness center with a variety of workout options. Nice breakfast.
Such a great place. Clean, large rooms, quiet. They have everything you might need. We love the patio area where you can sit outside. So many hotels do not offer this. 2nd time we've stayed here and we'll be back again.

Cons -

Grain elevator noise
Needs amenities such as swimming pool!
It was a little grimy. The fan came on automatically with the light in the bathroom and was really loud and bright - not awesome for trying to stay sleepy after a long day. There was a huge bathtub in the carpeted area of the room which was really weird.
