Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown Waterpark By IHG

The hotel is in a great location for touring. 8 minutes from Henry Doorly Zoo. 25 minutes to the SAC Ir Museum and the Safari Park and Mahoney State Park. 20 minutes to Nebraska Crossing outlet mall.

The rooms are spartan. LVT floors throughout. The Water Park is more or less just a large splash pad.

Rooms were good size beds were comfortable location was good from the Zoo staff was accommodating we needed wash clothes they furnished

Parking was attroshia

We love the location. It was close to the luminaria and restaurants. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were able to park on the street for free.

The water was cold in the play area. They ran out of towels. And they ran out of food for the breakfast buffet. There was only one person working in the breakfast buffet, so she couldn’t keep up with cleaning off the tables. it was very crowded when we went so the elevator was always full and we had to wait a long time to get on it.

We loved the two king beds, the little water park and the friendly staff. The room was comfortable and spacious.

We didn't like paying for parking. We were glad that the parking lot was secure.

I liked the location, central to everything close. I liked how easy it was to find my room.

The staff wasn’t friendly, the restaurant staff didn’t give a crap. Breakfast was NOT included and wanted to charge $15. The shower faucet was broken. The bed and pillows were not clean. The elevators were rickety and terrifying.

The room was clean and decent.

The price, being charged for parking and the $100 hold on my card.

It was a decent hotel and the location is great.

Price was way higher than the reservation was quoted at. They charged me $200.00 extra for the water park when I only had 4 people going to it. I will never go here again for that reason.

Location was good, close to everything that I needed it to be. Staff was friendly.

Room 441 sound insulation was bad. I could hear every car that went by. Window did not close properly. Hot tub did not work, no hot water. Hallway was pretty dirty. Limited seating in the pool area. Lots of extra room to add chairs.

the pool temp was great, and the waterslide was nice for the kids. The location was fantastic.

the pool seemed unclean and the hot tub was not very hot. We did not get room service and had to request basic items (like a shower curtain)
