- New owner very accommodating of situation with my broke down car and allowed for a late checkout based on when relatives could come get me.
- The staff was helpful. The room was very clean and accommodating. The AC was quiet. The bathroom was clean.
Cons -
- Lots was one of the worst hotels I ever stay in
- The managers/ owners appear to need a vacation of their own. The outlet in our room was coming out of the wall and we reported concerns twice and 9 hours later it was looked at but not fixed. But the air conditioner finally worked.
- Dirty, old, windows were so dirty I couldn't see out.
