Location, warm pool, and AC worked very well

Non-smoking hotel but smelled like people were smoking in hallway

The front desk guy was amazing he did an amazing job and he was through the daytime

The front desk lady at night was very rude and not inviting almost like it was a problem that we were there

Room smelled of mildew. We had to open the windows, turn on the fans and use air freshener to get rid of the smell.

Tmeverythkng was a little sticky and clean but not completely clean- a little run down

The room was very nice, the hotel organized

we choose it for the pool, and the pool was not available for maintenace. some note needs to be made advising people so they don't pick a place for a feature unavailable. That was our deciding factor for this trip and we were disappointed

The location was good for my event for my daughter

I found something in my room that was not what I was waiting for so it does make me wonder if the people in the hotel room really clean the rooms or check the rooms very good and the pool was too small for me way too crowded we couldn?t even go

There was nothing that I liked had a check out at 5:00 in the morning because the furnace stopped working and rattled off off the wall how to unplug it it's set off the smoke detector and the lady at the front desk act like it was no big deal

Lady at the front desk was not very accommodating when my room heater quit working started rattling so bad it felt like it was going to come off the wall set off the smoke detector had to unplug it checked out at 5:00 in the morning because I was freezing

The staff were all so friendly and addressed any question immediately. Many times they would anticipate what the need would be and had already begun the process of addressing it.

They have major air conditioning problems. It felt like a swamp and we had to ask to get a different room because they had a hose from a dehumidifier in the hall running into our shower.

Front desk person was not friendly! We had a dog so we only had a room with a shower not a bath tub. We were not allowed to walk our little chihuahua in through the lobby. We had to use the back door. Smell of cigarette smoke in our room. ?

It was very clean! Beds were comfortable, and my daughter loved swimming in the pool!

I loved everything about this place.

Hotel was clean. Sleep Inn is well represented by this particular establishment.

West end of the building appears to also be the property line. Neighboring property is unsightly. Suggest a fence.

Great place to stay with pets that doesn¿t break the bank. Staff friendly and professional. Would stay here again.

Far from I-80.

Told me that I was overcharged. Said it should of been 78.41 at hotel. But had booked it before a they charged you a 103.

Yes room was to be a king but it was two Queen. But worn out so it was a place to sleep.

Our room had a odd smell in it , also there was a smashed spider ¿¿¿ on the ceiling Nasty ,not sure how housekeeping did not see that black spot on the white ceiling decided to leave a day early and no refund even though we checked out at 7:30 ¿¿

Besides air conditioner room was clean

The air did not work, unit was coming off the wall

After they checked me in, they told me they had some issues with this room. Being booked for the evening-we had no choice but to take it. For $--- a night...way over priced. The bathroom was terribly small, space in general was small!!

The room smelled musky¿not great. The breakfast had no muffins or pastries. I expect more for $-----

The staff was very kind and helpful. Their waffles were yummy at breakfast.

It smelled TERRIBLE!!! The mattress pad sticking out of my sheets had a huge blood stain on it. My towels were gray and one of them smelled horrible. I cannot even stress how awful it smelled. They allow pets and I didn¿t realize that.

Clean room, check in was easy and the guy at the front desk was super nice!
