Our bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Overall things were clean everywhere else.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating to the last minute changes due to the weather. I got stuck because of winter weather and had to book another night. The staff made me feel right at home.

The facility was very new and modern with a nice bar in the lobby. The bed and bedding were really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee was strong and fresh!

The room was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained throughout the entire building. The staff were also very nice and welcoming upon arrival and at departure.

We are traveling with our medium sized dog. She is not a service animal. We always search for pet friendly hotels. Springhill has signs everywhere that dogs are not welcome on the premises. I told the front desk that I booked online and that I'm traveling with my dog. They said it would be a deposit for her to stay with us. It turned out to be a $84.56 pet fee. Pet fees are typically $30-50, this seemed excessive and was misrepresented as a deposit. So I was expecting at least a portion of this back since we left the room and the outside premises unimpacted by our dog.

Friendly staff, quiet rooms, office space to work, and close to walking trail.

The pool was a little cool, could have been warmer.

Everything, clean new hotel and room was very spacious. Location a bit from away from town but right before the highway. Breakfast was good and fresh with good selections. I will love to stay here again whenever im in town.

Second time staying at this location. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great and the best juice of any hotel we have stayed at.
