Beds smelled nice and clean, Room was clean. Breakfast was avaliable would've liked some meat choices

Room was clean, pillows uncomfortable, noisy you can hear other rooms and hallway.

Breakfast was very disappointing, we did not eat it.

The place has bed bugs and the manager was rude. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Good simple design & decor

Sound proofing was terrible -- we could hear footsteps thudding above us every time the guest above us walked across the room. Breakfast was fine - but why use disposable plastic. Too much trash and single use plastic.

Everyone except general manager and front desk were nice. Ladies cleaning rooms did a good job.

I¿ve never had such poor service from a general manager and front desk staff.We were there for a wedding.We had 8 rooms,staying two nights.We were NOT a rowdy bunch.We were constantly being told things we could not do.For example,pushing 2 tables together

The hotel manager was a witch. We spent over $10,000 for a wedding and she loved to trip everyone up w insignificant rules. I ended up getting a second room, paid for it in front of her with another worker. I put under wife's name and had two teens with

We had to get ready for wedding. She wouldn't let me get my second paid for room cause my wife was shopping. We spent over $10,000 there and she was so mean and silly about little rules. We called her the hotel Nazi. Rest of staff fine, manager stunk

The hotel is outdated We may have just grown out of best western.

Shoddy workmanship, shoddier rooms. It feels like a super 8 motel. Will not use again.

Great room

The breakfast was awful. Omlets were the worst. Sausage gravy was aweful. Sausage links were ok.

Spacious and quiet rooms. Very clean and well kept.

Room was slow to cool on a triple digit weather day.

All of the great reviews on line are 100% on point. Friendly, good food choices within walking distance, good parking, super clean, comfy beds...lobed it!

Room AC unit is mentioned in the reviews and it is indeed loud, but the air cranks.

Excellent desk staff. Great referral for dinner. Above average breakfast and the rooms as well as the reception area are above average. Definitely would stay there again.

Soft beds, desent breakfast, location, clean

The young gentleman checking in the man in front of me wouldn't give him his phone reser. military discount because he was not active ON THE 3RD/4TH of July. I am sure he was trying to follow the policy as he knows it, but a retired veteran should get it!

It was clean, the breakfast was really nice, and the majority of the staff was very helpful.

The bathroom faucet was plumbed backwards. We adapted for our stay and notified the from desk when we checked out.

Heat and air conditioning was not controlled from the wall and the cover on the unit was broken.

From our welcome at reception to our clean room with comfortable beds, this was the best hotel in our three week journey. The breakfast had great choices, including breakfast breakfast pancakes made to order by a friendly employee.

It was clean, polite staff, breakfast was as advertised and there was plenty of room to sit, or sit in the lobby. Very comfortable furniture in the lobby.

Could use some "warming up" of the lobby area, maybe a green plant or two, or more artwork, a welcome sign? It was very sterile.
