The Location was convenient.

The room was dirty (the carpet!), the wallpaper torn.

Did not have room that we booked. We booked 2 beds, they only had a very small 1 bed room. Asked for refund, said they would refund, got my credit card statement and no refund.

no glasses no chair, no clock, no closet, but lots of flies!

Had good water pressure for showers.

Cockroach infested. They pour powder along the edges of carpet that our dog got sick on. It said free breakfast. Minimum of 2 day old coffee that they reheated. They had cereal with clumpy milk. Will never return!!

Location and great restaurants near by.

The bathroom was nasty. Mold and mildew on inside of shower curtain and ceiling was mildew covered. Tub was slow draining.Shower head leaked so bad when running it got past the curtain and covered floor and door. The toilet was stained so it looked dirty.

What the hell the place has been closed for over a year weeds growing everywhere you need to update your stuff.

It was closed so I drove 5 hours back home.

Rooms were dirty and the hot water for the shower was non existent. Will not be back spent over 400$ and feel like it was a complete waste of money.

We ran out the door and asked for a refund which I was promised but haven't seen.

Everything. It's worn through and needs serious cleaning then set on fire.

The orange juice was spoiled or off and the room felt like it had bed bugs I’m sure it didn’t tho…

it freaking sucked will not recommend ever

there was bugs in the hotel, there was no wifi, there was no tv, the staff was rude as can he didnt care, the toilet sounded like a tea kettle the whole time. Had higher expections

Bugs, hard bed and run down room.

The bed and linens were really clean and comfortable.It is the cheapest place to stay. I was looking for place to sleep for 1 night and plug in my CPAP. Loved the bottle cap collection (probably more than 5000 bud light caps in the parking lot).It's better than camping in a tent. Air conditioning was adequate.There is on-site fish cleaning station, Ice machine (out of order during my visit), and game freezer.

ZERO communication. I left my charging pack and have been trying for a week to reach them. They don't have a working phone. Booking.com can't reach them,... and the "owners" (OYO Properties) only respond with the same robo-mail (one each day) which says that THEY are unable to contact the property, but are working on it!!! Other reviews that rave about the cleanliness are either out of date or fake. There was animal and human hair on nearly every surface (sink, toilet, carpet, headboard, dresser,...). Greasy hand prints on walls and doors. Moldy tub. No hot water. The TV guide card was so disgusting I had to wash it (see photo). I can live with the run-down nature of the motel - I got what I paid for. But the lack of communication is truly laughable. I'm going to order a new charger so that I don't waste any more time or energy.

Filthy, rug and floor dirty, furniture covered in dust, outside littered with bottle caps and plastic bottles, bathroom very dirty. Lights didn’t work. Had to ask for face towels and received floor mats.

No real point to the breakfast provided. it was cereal and bagels. Purchased breakfast elsewhere.

Room wasn't fully cleaned, one of the nightstands was sticky with what I assume was a spilled drink, box spring was badly stained, blanked had stains and looked like it was from the 90's. Only given 2 pillows, when asked for more we got 1 additional pillow, for a total of 3 smaller pillows for 2 guests.

Honestly I didn't like anything about this place.

Staff was rude, night stand had crumbs, toilet seat had paint pealing and wood chipping. It had a stagnant smell and just had the feel of a drug ridden cellar. If the other hotel had any rooms I would have very much rather stayed there.

I accidently dropped my spare key in the room key box, they held if for me until I was able to come back and get it a few days later. Excellent location and rates.

Property in OK shape but a fresh coat of paint would do wonders.
