Easy location off the main road. The staff was so very friendly. We love that. The breakfast was very good.

Front door didn't work couldn't use side doors to go in, the room wasn't cleaned well at all. There was food still in fridge as well, plus all the lights didn't work.

We liked our room. Very roomy.the breakfast was ok. Never any bread for toast. No orange juice. We were down by 8 the two days we were there. One thing very negative was the PILLOWS they were TERRIBLE. We asked for different ones but we were told there

Booked a king room. Was given a room with two queens instead. When I asked for the king I was told there were none cleaned available. The first room had zero water pressure. Maintenance wasn?t available to fix switched rooms. Still queens.

I could tell the hotel was really nice in its prime. The location is great but a bit more TLC would do wonders.

Not really anything. No blanket on bed. Sheet and bedspread that I guess is supposed to be you blanket. Luckily, it was 2 queen beds so I took the top sheet off the second bed and blanketed the bedspread in clean sheets. Dilapidated and gross.

Location and the set up of the room.

Bathroom was dirty. There were hairs on the floor, tub and soap dish. Heating in the room was off. Breakfast ommelettes and potatoes were overcooked and dry. There was a lot of snow accumulated around the entrance doors and parking lot.

I had a handicap room and it was too far from the elevator. They could also up date their web page. I had to call them directly and ask if they had breakfast and if it was a hot breakfast.
