Nice room. Great breakfast.

Housekeeping of rooms was not as thorough as we normally see.

The location was good.

This hotel was very dirty. The room had not been vacuumed. The fridge was dirty. One of the beds even had urine on it and the sheets had not changed or washed.

I loved the fact that the hotel has a pool, hot tub, gym, guest laundry room and complimentary breakfast. The staff were very helpful in recommending local areas and additional bedding when requested.

The price

The room could've been cleaner. We found a food wrapper on the floor, and scum on the counter around the sink.

Even though this is a relatively new hotel, they are doing a massive renovation on it. Our room had a new hotel smell.

Breakfast could have had more variety, although what was there was adequate.

There was a large dog barking non stop and the front desk did nothing to try and contact the room for me. There was used coffee condiments left. The bed is hard as a rock.the pool was closed for construction. The shower pressure was bad. I won't be b

I love that the hotel does not smell of strong cleaner. The pillows are great. The staff was so helpful and friendly.

Pool was really really small and so shallow.

There were nice and helpful touches at this hotel that other hotels didn't have. The hotel and our room were very clean. Great amenities, that included hot breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

There was not one thing I would change about this hotel. I wish we could've stayed there longer. The best hotel we ever stayed at.

The room was clean.

The sign on the door that stated the lobby is closed from 9 PM to 6 AM for the customer safety. Made me really think if I wanted to stay there or not and if my vehicle would be OK in the parking lot.

The atmosphere was nice

We had about 13 rooms throughout the hotel,there for a funeral. Family that traveled from all over. We were not allowed to be in the lobby/ sitting area after 10 pm. We got kicked out of it. Next night staff lady kept butting into our convo. Very rude.

Everything! This was the best hotel I have stayed in for a long time! It was clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. They did t use nasty strong cleaning supplies that have strong odors. It was a great experience.

Breakfast was awesome!

Shower drain was plugged. I asked to have it looked at and no one ever did. I bought a bottle of drano at Walmart and it took care of the problem.

Everything was great ! But elevator broke down and I am disabled. they put me in accessible room on fourth floor which was very inconvenient when we wanted to go for dinner which was very disappointing ¿¿

Staff was friendly

Bed was very uncomfortable and old....A/C wasn't working right.... plus blew out a musty smell. Pool was closed for renovation.

Front desk people were awesome. Breakfast was as close to a buffet, as you can get in a continental breakfast. We might have been lucky, but noise was not a problem.

The pool chlorine was overwhelming. I coughed quite a bit the next day. Grandkids had quite a bit of fun though.

Great stay! Comfortable, quiet room. Spacious king suite with pull out sofa for our pre-teen son.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the first floor location to my car.

My 3 year old grandson was unable to use the pool because it was not open.
