Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites

We specifically booked a room at this hotel because our daughter got her cast off her broken arm and could finally swim again. When we checked in we found out the hotel pool was closed for repairs.

Kind courteous staff. Clean pool area. Great breakfast

The hotel was great. The reservation line Jolene was not as friendly. Not sure if automated or a person. Sounded very grumpy and not user friendly.

Clean hotel, great amenities, good breakfast, friendly staff, easy to find, right off I94.

We were abruptly awakened at 12:30 AND 1:00 AM by the fire alarms. We were informed there was no fire, a malfunctioning alarm, this appears to be an ongoing issue, it drastically needs to be fixed, no one likes getting woke up in the middle of the night!

Coffee maker was broken, TV remote battery was shot. Menu and channel access on TV was non-intuitive and a bit bothersome to figure out. Otherwise all was nice.

The hotel was very conveniently located. The pool was warm.

The overall decor of the hotel is very dark and dingy.

Clean rooms, accommodating for pet and the pool was amazing. So fun for my granddaughter .

The breakfast was disappointing.

The receptionists were extremely helpful and very nice. It was Hope and the other lady who name I have forgotten. I felt safe at the hotel with my children, the hotel is closed to lots of shopping malls and restaurants.

The breakfast was not my favorite but I still don?t mind staying there again.

The pool is great for kids.

I reserved 2 rooms to allow me to have up to 12 swimmers in the pool. I was lectured multiple times about the total number of kids I was allowed and it made me feel very uncomfortable even though I paid a lot of $ to stay within their guidelines.

Cost, location, and cleanliness of room.

Obviously, there was new hire training going on during my time. And I am understanding of this. However, the breakfast quality, consistency, and timeliness was starkly different over the four days I was there.

Large rooms, bed was comfortable!

Breakfast worker didn't know how to run the waffle maker and was way too chatty talking up her political choice.. unappreciated and inappropriate in a public venue

Quaintness

No airport shuttle, restaurant or wi-fi as advertised in amenities. Cost $35 to and from and could not get boarding passes on phone. Also had to pay for Uber to get dinner both days.

The cleanliness was the best I have experienced in a long time. I actually saw housekeepers deepcleaning other rooms during our stay. The decor was lodge style and nice. Bed and pillow comfortable.

The breakfast was good. Better on the first day, the the second day, different kitchen staff. Waffle make not re-oiled so it stuck badly. Fresh fruit overly ripe. Breakfast area could have used more monitoring and refill more frequently.

I wish the food area (microwave, fridge, coffee pot) was separate from the bathroom sink. Even if I the microwave was opposite, the fridge is underneath.It felt gross to have your food where you wash your hands coming from the toilet and doing hair.

Worst hotel experience of my life! From the rudest guests to the poop in the pool, to the hot refusing me a refund because I didn't stay the second night I had booked because of the poop in the pool I would never stay at this property again

The room was OK but expensive and like I said before there was poop in the pool and all the staff did was scoop it out and tell everyone the pool 2as open again

Breakfast was wonderful. Decor was nice. Guy at the desk was friendly.

Room was nice but had a handicap bathroom which was a bit awkward and unrequested for our visit. Would be great if wheelchair bound. Not really a critizism

They staff were so kind and helpful. The kids loved the pool.

The room smelled like urine from a pet. The room was dirty. The waterslide was not safe for kids, it was like a outside playground equipment put in for a water slide, super slippery. My daughter fell and hit head on the water slide.

Comfortable rooms. Evenings manager had a cocktail hour. Morning breakfasts were good.

We sent information to the hotel so everything would be charged to a company card. On arrival we had to show a credit card for the incidentals. Our admin called & they, in fact, had the information for the company card but it didn't show up on the regist.

The decor was charming. The weekend breakfast were yummy. Impressed with the seating in the dining area.

There was a spider in the tub.
