ClubHouse Hotel & Suites Fargo

The front staff and restaurant staff are amazing. Hotel is in the perfect location.

After rooms were cleaned, there was still garbage in the rooms. The pool did not have any towels and had to go get more for the kids.

Comfortable beds affordable price close to shopping and the interstate

Continental breakfast was lacking

Hotel was beautiful and clean! Beds were comfy which is always a plus! Definitely our new place to stay when we go to Fargo!

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was awesome. Quiet. Clean and spacious rooms.

Overall excellence experience, love coming to this place to relax, awesome staff!!

Came down a couple times didn't find a staff person at the front desk, probably was doing another job task.

Beautiful inside and out convenient shopping and highway

Pubic hair on the bathroom floor no Kleenex in the Kleenex box. Shampoo bottle was almost empty. Staff were on their phones numerous times when we went down to ask for stuff. And when reading reviews, it said there was unlimited breakfast never run out not true. Got down there 930 almost everything was gone. Tables were covered and greasy leftover food and sticky. Staff couldn’t be found. Had to go to front desk had to wipe the table down ourselves. Come to find out the girl that was working in the kitchen was sitting at one of the tables thumbing through her phone and they were already out of cinnamon apple waffles and she told me she couldn’t get me anymore And then proceeded to sit and stare at me and my family while we ate our lunch very rude. Oh and also the pool was so cold that our two and three year-old grandchildren could barely leave and stand to be in it. They were shivering so bad.

It was clean, friendly, the were comfortable

Breakfast

The restaurant/bar were attached which was nice so we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Restaurant was great!

Our toilet seat was cracked which made it slightly uncomfortable. We mentioned it right away & they took our room number down & said someone would look into it but no one ever did. One of the elevators didn’t work. Color and decor of rooms a bit outdated. There were 5 throw pillows on the bed. Never seen that before. I’m guessing those don’t get cleaned after each guest. There was nothing in the room with phone numbers or any hotel information.

Kudos because it was very clean doesn’t smell like dog pee like other hotel

No microwave at on my room. I ask for someone to clean and change our sheets because my son was sick after swimming on the pool. But no one come and clean my room.

Great property! Clean, updated, lots of amenities and has a great pool area!

Great room for us. Very spacious. I picked this property because of the pool as our two grandsons were staying with us. It was a big hit.

The bathroom sink was slow to drain. The refrigerator wasn’t working. We were not informed that we had to request to have our room cleaned. There were no eggs for breakfast on Sunday because that is the day the steamer is cleaned. Also the gym had no towels.

Location

Breakfast was very bad and half of toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival to our room

I liked the pool area for our kids. I liked the building itself and the landscaping. Very pretty and relaxing setting.

The slide, fountain, and spa jets weren't working our second day there.

Great location. Pleasant staff and clean room.

Price$$$$

Very clean, room was nice size, beds were comfortable, have great breakfast, friendly staff

The pool was a good size for young kids. The breakfast was good when items were available. Location was good to access everything we needed.

I have never been to a hotel where you have to ask for housekeeping services. This is why we do hotels and not Airbnb. When we did get some room service it was pathetic. We had to go to the front 4 times for stuff. The hotel is dirty and falling apart. The hot tub and pool were dirty. Our toilet broke. Our mini fridge was broken before we got there so we had to change rooms. The hot tub broke and needed fixing. The pool ladder broke and needing fixing. They did fix the problems eventually. We were down for breakfast at 6:30, they were out of apple juice and waffle mix already.

The bed was so comfortable, the pool was great for the kids

The water would not get hot for a shower and the shower was not cleaned. The door to get in our room was tricky to get in.

Welcoming entrance, beautiful building, well appointed decor and seating options in lobby and lounge area, good location, nice rooms, comfortable beds and nice to have additional seating in room.

The hot tub had clumps of dirt or something in bottom. The elevator was making concerning noise while using.

Location is good. Front desk staff was helpful.

Cleanliness was lacking, heater in room was LOUD. Breakfast was not appealing.
