Very clean and spacious rooms.

Pool is a kept at a cool temperature. the price is a little high, so we cannot afford to stay there often.

Water slide. And we bought it because it had a discount so it was in our budget.

That the charge for the vehicle parking

The pool view was amazing. The beds were ultra comfortable. The tvs were huge!

The room stunk like sour socks but we sprayed some air freshener and it seemed to help.

LOVED THE HEATED POOL AND WATERSLIDE!

There was a birthday party in the pool area the night we arrived which made it very busy!

The by the pool staff me?ber was disapointing i waited a 130 min for a pizza tjat he didnt put in a order

Lobby receptionist was disorganized and couldn?t find one reservation

Room was dirty; ceiling had stains and multiple water damage; there was no sheet covering the best; disaster

An issue with our first room was quickly resolved by giving us a new room

There was no parking available to us due to a function, we had to park at a neighbouring facility

The murder looking blood stains on bed that made me request a new room. Ordered $200 worth of food at restaurant in and after my $54 tibeye was ready and daughters meal was ready they say sorry to my wife we have no meatloaf? This is 45 min after order.

Location

The thermostat was not working in the room. There was an error message all the time. They had a band playing in the restaurant that shook the room. Even the elevator music was too loud. I could hear it all the way down the hall. Lousy experience.

The staff were extremely friendly, the location was within walking distance to the mall, and the rooms were insanely clean. I wouldn¿t hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future.

I didn¿t really like anything. Got there and room given was unclean and no other room offered. Left and stayed somewhere else

Cleanliness and rude staff

I liked how they had entertainment. They also have a nice swimming area. Starbucks in the hotel is a bonus, even though they had a coffee maker and coffee in each room. Loved that it was close to everything.

The coasters under the glass cups were dirty and reused.

Beds were comfortable

Paid for a room with a king bed and was given a double. Told they didn¿t have anymore king beds. Strange when I booked in advance

large two room suite, very clean, hair dryer in nice box on counter, door between rooms (to close for privacy and quiet if others using other room)

best room on our trip - no complaints

We made a reservation online at 9:30 at night as we were at Essentia Hospital and needed a place to sleep. I called the hotel to alert them we would be checking in late. We arrived at 2:30 am, and they were ready for us and super helpful. Awesome room.

It¿s located in a great location near lots of food options and shopping.

When booking it says it is exceptionally clean. This was definitely not the case. The lobby was very clean but our room was definitely not. Pee under the toilet seat, hair in the shower, and dirt and food left in the corners of the walls and floor.

Nice hotel with big rooms. The bed is comfy.

We were checked into a dirty room, they took a half hour to get us to our next room where there were no towels and missing pillows. Over priced for what we had to deal with. No to happy
