Morning waitress on Tuesday . No HOT tub even though I called b4 I reserved the room to make sure. They said Yes, The hot tub was open. But, when I got there it was NOT open. :(

The bar was nice

The WiFi didn?t work. The tv signal was glitching. The shower barely worked. For the price, not having free breakfast was disappointing.

Location, room comfort, and fitness center.

$15 for a sub-par breakfast is outrageous.

Asked for our trash to be picked up and they never came. Our trash was over flowing

The staff was great, so helpful and accommodating. Location was great for shopping and dining. This will be our new go to from now on when we visit Fargo.

Exceptional room with a nice living room and separate bedroom. Big bathroom with good toiletries and great water pressure. The mattress is a little hard but better than old and saggy. Great location surrounded by food and shopping.

The cleanliness was poor. I found a blood stain and food stain on the mattress encasement that were very obvious if housekeeping were paying attention. I had to ask for another room. The clerk did not apologize or offer a concession.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very clean room and other hotel accommodations(exercise room). The location was very convenient to get to various locations.

There was no free breakfast had to pay for that. For the price we paid for our 2 day stay there should have been something free. They did offer a cold breakfast, still very expensive. Would have given a higher rating if it hadn't been for the breakfast.

Our son got married and had his reception and dance at this hotel as well.The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to meet every request we had in our room and for the wedding!

it was a very spacious room. Very Clean. My kids loved the pool not to big for them to get lost or over run by other kids

Did not care for the restaurant. Food was ok but we prefer to stay where they offer free breakfast, especially at this price point. Will probably not stay there again.

Honestly, everything. The food, the room, the staff and location could not be beat. Excellent experience and will return!

That we had to go down to the lobby in order to purchase a beverage or snack. We were on the 4th floor. Would have preferred to just go down the hall or around the corner to get a soda out of a machine.

Spacious, very clean room! The welcome was extraordinary. The lobby was clean, cool, beautifully decorated, and they provided refreshments right as we entered.

We were given a handicap room, it did not state that on the reservations that I was getting a handicap room. I asked for a different room and the staff said that is the only room available.I didn't make reservations for a handicap room she said oh well...

All the lil extras in the lobby...water, coffee, snacks, and kids area.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Easily reserved our room while on our way across North Dakota after spending a couple of days in South Dakota. A nice oasis after a long, busy week.

Complimentary breakfast would have been nice. We don't typically eat a lot for breakfast while traveling, so paying over $10 per person would not have been practical.

The reason I am filling out the firm today is because the person who checked us in gave us great advice about where to go and what to eat. She was friendly and welcoming. I don't remember her name but I hope you can figure it out and tell her thank you.
