Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Hotel staff did not supply enough breakfast for a full hotel. Labor Day weekend and people waiting 45min before closing time and they were still yelling at customers that too late to eat. At least 40 people waiting. Charged card twice after booking 😡

The room was very hot and the air didn’t work. Even got moved to another room and it was just as hot

The bathroom vent needed cleaning and the bathroom floor grout needed to be redone - one plank was wobbly.

I’m disabled, my last two visits at this hotel I’ve been given a room at the very end of the hallway next to the stairs. On both occasions I requested a room near the elevator when booking the room, on arrival only stairs location room was left!

Yes waited 20 mins for someone to get the door to open to our room before we could get into it. Elevator also needs help. Shakes upon ascend and descend.

Friendly staff! Clean and quiet room where everything was in working order. Manned breakfast so everything was available.

Big clean rooms. Big clean bathrooms. Nice pool for kids thats open late. Big variety of breakfast foods thats available later than most other hotels.

Thermostat was at 81 degrees upon arrival and needed to be fixed by maintenance for the first few hours of our stay.

Hot tub out of service Housekeeping knocking on my door at 1130am telling me checkout was at 11 when it was clearly posted in the lobby and online that it was at noon.

We booked this hotel because we wanted a nice hot tub. The hot tub wasn't working and there was no prior warning about this. I would've booked a different hotel had we known.

tv in fitness center did not work on cardio machine, even though it said headphones only; fitness too hot ; I arrived 20 minutes early - they almost didn't want to let me check in but did; I wanted a one hour later check out the last day and they said no.

WiFi was down. the front desk said someone was on their way to fix it. The WiFi was never fixed and nobody came to fix it. when checking out I asked couldn?t the person who came to fix it resolve the issue.she said they only called them awhile ago

We have not stayed here for 2 years. I can't believe how they have allowed it to run down so quickly. The pool area looks terrible. Needs a lot of TLC.

the staff was excellent, breakfast pretty good, very clean

not much besides the floors in the hallways were very loud and creaky, the pool needs to be painted and cleaned up a bit, seems like no ventilation so everything getting pretty rusty.

I felt like I was an inconvenience to the lady when I checked in and I was the only one there at the time.
