Lady at check in not friendly. Dirty towels in bathroom and a bedsheet had blood stains

No pool for adults to swim around in

The room was freezing. The hot tub was dirty and caused my daughter to have swimmers itch all over her body. The pool was freezing cold. Colder than a lap pool. We asked multiple times to increase the temperature. Nothing was done. Breakfast ran out.

Shower door was broken and the bathroom was not as clean as I prefer.

Cost was reasonable. Location was good for Restaurants. Our event was in Moorhead, but it was only approximately a 6 to 7-minute drive.

We had a small water leak in the room, staff immediately checked on the leak, had a secondary room if we chose to switch rooms. (we didnt need to). Temperature stayed at 76 degrees despite having an set at 64

The breakfast. The Lady that ran it on Monday was awesome and accommodating.

The Queen bed fitted sheets were way to small for the bed. The one covering the mattress for both beds were barely covering the bed and were slipping. The front desk lady on check in day was not at all helpful when checking. They closed the pool on Monday

The option of a king sized bed which was very comfortable. I liked being able to control the climate of my room. The breakfast had lots of options and was tasty.

The room and hotel in general was not very clean. The breakfast area was not attended by any staff and so was not restocked and the tables were not cleaned making it hard to find a place to sit. I felt the price was a bit high.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our group had two rooms. both rooms had faulty sink faucets. The overall cleanliness was average. It was easy to tell that general upkeep and maintenance were NOT priority for this hotel.

Room was dirty and had dog hair on the bed and in the sheets and didn't appear the bed had been changed from the last.

We paid for double queen room We got one queen and a pullout couch which had dirty sheets on it No one in our room slept because of the constant running up and down the halls Pools was NOT appropriate for kids with all the adults drinking in pool area

The comfort of the room, bed and the breakfast was all really good with the exception of the TV that didn't work.

The TV connection was so snowy on the room's TV but not the lobby. Additionally, the secondary entrances were not working resulting in security issues since people were proping doors open.

No bedding for the pullout sofa. Lack of towels and cloths.

The hotel was nice, room was clean. It has a good location.

There was a homeless man sleeping in the dining area when we went down for breakfast. Because of this we would probably never stay there again. The staff knew because he had a pillow and a blanket, and his belongings were outside by the hotel front door.

Clean, big bathroom, well located with a decent breakfast.

MOLD ON THE HEATER - THE THEMOMETER DID NOT WORK TO RUN THE HEATER, THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT GOOD, MOLDY FRUIT ONLY 1 WAFFLE MAKER, ALWAYS OUT OF CUPS, ETC

The pool was freezing, the hot tub wasn't even working. They had no towels in the pool area. Their was mold in the shower of our bathroom. The breakfast was awful. Their was crusted up milk on the milk dispenser. Fresh bananas where brown. Staff was awful

It would be helpful to have 2 waffle makers in the breakfast area. We stayed on a weekend that had many kids, so standing in line to make a waffle took 15-20 min. We ended up checking out and going to breakfast somewhere else.
