Hampton Inn Bismarck

The overnight shift staff at the desk and housekeeping. They listened, had payience, had empathy, took the time for guests, were helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. Countless options. Kitchen/cook staff kept clean and restocked, they were pleasant.

Large room, very clean and very quiet.

We rented the meeting room for my daughter's birthday party and also stayed 1 night. The staff were all friendly, wonderful to work with, and accommodating. The lobby, elevator, pool area, and our rooms were all clean and pleasant.

The nice room. Having enough towels for two days. Thought the price was a fair price.

Super nice staff and beautiful room. Very soft beds (I prefer firmer but they were still nice).

Fire alarm went off at 5am!!!! Super loud and if it wasn¿t for this, our stay was perfect!

Clean Hotel with OK pool. Not big room for pool so it's loud and hot in the pool room. Staff was excellent, and for the most part didn't bother our group when we were in lobby visiting until late night. We got a couple warnings but finally let it be.

The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Staff were super and very accommodating.

Weird location. A bit difficult to find.

Room was comfortable and clean. Beds very nice. I would stay again. Very good value. The to go breakfast was generous and well stocked.

Our TV did not work and there was no hair dryer in room. TV problem might have been the remote. No one was at front desk when we checked in around 8 pm, although someone finally came out from back after a couple minutes, and he was pleasant.

I was bumped out of the king room I paid for and put in a double queen which cost less so they said they would charge me $-- instead of the $--- I paid. But the next morning when I checked out they told me they didn't know if I would get a refund. Not o

The beds were comfortable and it was clean.

The location is a bit out of the way, only because I don't know my way around Bismark that well.

I really like the shelf for the coffee pot. So much better than having in on the vanity or cabinet Very quiet. Great breakfast. Friendly staff

The carpet in the room and the hall seemed dirty.

Continental breakfast was adequate.

The room smelled and was very dirty. There was filth built up in the corners of the bathroom floors. The carpet in the room was gross. There were stains on the walls.

Unfriendly front desk, misty smelling room, less than average breakfast
