good price and comfy beds.

The AC did not cool the room so I had a very bad night's sleep. Also, the hot breakfast items were cool - even the decaf coffee.

Staff and breakfast options

Property needs some updating. Tile is cracked in the entryway, room window screen is ripped and AC/heater cover was loose and not attached. For the money Fairfield Inn is charging, this property should be in better

they kicked me out for no legit reason and said they needed the room after i paid for it

Front desk employees were great.

The bed was comfortable but made squeaky noise when you turn. You could hear people walking and talking as they walked by our room. No pool.

The front desk staff was friendly. They put us on first floor. The lobby and hallways smelled good. Bed was comfortable.

The pool did not have a shallow end for small children.

The friendly, engaging young lady that checked me in and saw me off the following morning. She was very pleasant and a joy to do business with. Every hotel should have someone like her at the front desk. Hot breakfast was very good. Would visit again.

Good price for the room provided.

Staff was very unprofessional and incompetent. They tried to charge me extra for the room after I prepaid. Extremely rude to me and the person checking in ahead of me. Would not explain the extra charges, or why they were there.

The elderly lady working the breakfast area, was very nice, sweet and even offered my child a snack for later. Because of her kindness, thoughtfulness and professionalism my daughter wants to stay at this hotel anytime we travel to Bismarck.

Upgrade the pool

It was so cold in the lobby that the food for breakfast was not hot. There were eggs but no meat. Their thought was ¿there is sausage gravy¿. There were no fresh waffles- there were packaged ones precooked that were not commercial and had no expir. date

The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice, well equipped, and large. Everything seemed clean and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Our favorite thing about the hotel though was the lady serving breakfast. She was so helpful and sweet and even hooked the kids up with little bags of fruit loops which they loved. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool was small

Our room had no towels or pillows in our room. When we asked the front desk staff about this, they gave us two pillows total for our two queen bed room. They said to come back in the morning for clean towels. At 7am the next morning, there were still none

physically the least desirable location within the chain I have stayed at.

 the front desk checked us in Thursday night. He was amazing. He greeted us right away, was talkative, friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in us. It was very refreshing to have an employee that seemed to enjoy their job.GREAT JOB JOSH

The heater/fan in the room was SO NOISY!! It also kicked on and off about every 2-3 minutes. It was very hard to sleep due to the very very loud, disturbing heating/cooling system.

Clean and friendly.

They didn't clean the room the second day we stayed there.
