staff friendly and took care of my requests for some copies of a document with a smile. They did not make me seem like I was bothering them, they just did it and I will definitely stay there when I am in Bozeman in the future.

Staff was very helpful.

It was a short stay. We came in late and the staff new we had been on the road. They were more concerned about getting us in to rest than taking care of lose ends. The place was petty clean. And that is what is most important. I was impressed!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even ran out to the parking lot with a personal item we had forgotten in our room. The room was delightfully clean and updated.

Asked for room close to door, due to having a cast on my foot, did not receive. Bed base was broken.

Easy to reserve room and pay. Rates are very reasonable! Very clean and quiet!

Decent location close to Interstate, retail stores, and restaurants. Bed was comfortable.

Could hear noises from adjacent rooms day and night. Counter tops had not been wiped down after previous guest obviously used them. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. TV service was marginal at best. Overall the room was not worth the amount paid.

This trip our room was not as clean.. the carpet felt icky and my socks got dirty walking on the carpet in the room. The temp is hard to maintain its either way to hot or its to cold

The hotel smelled like cigarettes when we got there and like pot when we left. My sheets had dried on them and sadly we did not notice until the morning so we slept on them. That?s sickening

The hotel is in a great location , specially for someone who does not have a vehicle.

I did not like the 2nd shift manager at all, she treated me like I was garbage and looked down on me. And made me take my cats and my belongings outside to wait for my ride. Very very rude

There was mold in the tub the second night I stayed.

It's an older hotel but it is very well maintained. The carpets looked new but not sure if they were, but they were like new and very clean. The amenities were perfect and had more towels than needed.

The room was pretty basic. Small for a double room. ;much room for luggage; only one stand. No place to sit because we were using the desk chair for luggage. Linens need to be upgraded; more like kitchen towels.

The hotel is located near the state capital and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints temple on Cody Dr.

Didn't really like being on the 2nd floor. I prefer to be on the ground floor. Not a big deal. Glad the hotel is selling out every night.

Not much to complain about but if you are downstairs and someone is about you it can be loud when you're trying to sleep.
