- Our room was bad, we came into room and was extremely hot, no covers on air conditioner or thermostat. TV didn't work, food crumbs under our sheets, lamp broken, very dirty and hot.
- Bug beds, door lock not working, pillows with a bad smell
- It smelled like urine and drugs. Room was actively lived in my someone and was on disarray
