Comfort Inn Bismarck

The Waterpark! BUT, there needs to be some work done on the hot tub and the baby fountain.

Requested a late checkout it was denied. I’ve never had that happen anywhere I’ve stayed.

The staff went above and beyond to keep guests comfortable and every need met.

They are in the middle of updating so there are older parts of the facility but not that interfered with our stay.

Only one person running both hotels. Had to wait 30 mins for someone at the desk to get us new key cards to get into our room.

Clean, Great pool and breakfast. Very friendly staff!

Our room was a little run down. The walls and doors need some TLC. But it was very clean staff friendly and breakfast delicious!

Affordable and front desk clerk was very nice

The pool heaters were out and the yellow slide was out of order. Also my son said he kept feeling something crawl on him while he was sleeping, hopefully it wasn't bed bugs

The room was clean and comfortable coupled with the friendly and helpful staff.

Easy parking

A/C in our room did not work well, the room was very crowded, bathroom was in disrepair (peeling wallpaper, cracked tiles, toilet handle needed to be jiggled,) breakfast area was very messy, pool area needed to be updated (peeling paint and age shown)

The evening shift staff was very friendly, the room was not as clean as I expected but the people being nice about everything made it bearable and that's why I stayed. Friendly employees make a huge difference 5 stars to the staff on the night shift.

There pool was freezing. A nice warm pool during the winter months would be nice.

The price was decent

If you plan on swimming, dont. Unless you like watching parents letting their kids urinate sitting on the side of pool, and so much hair clobs on ground and in pool. It was disgusting

The room was very large

Pool room was disgusting. Used bandaids everywhere, garbage all over, piles of hair, slimy mold growing in the drains, guests were not in swim wear (so many nipples!), breakfast was stale muffins. Definitely not worth the high price.

two pools, two slides location

No pool towels, not super clean, parking lot was full of snow and no place to park, lots of unsupervised loud children running down hallways and hanging in the lobby.

The gentleman that checked me in was one of the nicest persons I've had check me in. He was knowledgeable on his facility and direction on making my luggage unloading easy. Room was very nice; breakfast was delicious. One of my best stays in a hotel room.

Everything was great! A garage or covered parking would be nice for winter weather, but I know very unrealistic!

Pools were great

The pool was amazing but extremely overcrowded with people who were obviously not hotel guests. At least two birthday parties going on, pool towels gone and front desk had no more. Also not very covid-safe

The room was not cleaned well. The bathroom was filthy and I had to was the tub before bathing my kids in it. The bed was not made nicely and the room had a terrible odor.

The hotel is old and rather rundown. Not the cleanest.

Tv is way outdated can't bring any of your own devices to plug in your stuck watching cable.

The young lady at the front desk. Professional and helpful.

The scrambled eggs were cold, both mornings. But the rest of the breakfast was great!

Pool and Hot Tub were a nice amenity. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. Breakfast was well stocked and the eggs were not dried out.

Parking is very tight, even more so when the lot is full of, full size pick-ups and your parking your F-250
