Hampton Inn & Suites Bismarck/Northwest

Clean, nice decor

Stained carpet, the size of a dinner plate and you can tell the mattress is old and saggy. Needs replacement!!!’

Very clean, very nice! Enjoyed our stay! I read tons of reviews for hotels in Bismarck and was nervous to stay anywhere.… definitely will stay here again!

The pool had lots of chlorine - our kids eyes were burning after not swimming very long.…

The size of the room was perfect for our family, which included my paraplegic, wheelchair bound son

There was hair on the sheets. Long brown curly hair. Mine is long and whit and my daughters is short and blond

Location

Uneven floors and room didn't smell fresh

staff was very friendly and helpful

There was soooo much noise...there was a bus load of sports kids that appeared to be not having tight supervision...they were noisy until nearly midnight

They turned us away in a blizzard even tho we order the room ahead of time . . The Minute they seem that we were Native American they did not want us there

I should be refunded I never even stayed there they turned me away

The entire hotel was beautiful. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. I will stay at this hotel every time if available.

I loved everything!

It was easy to get to and from where I needed to be.

There were a few dirty spots on the bed. It also looked like they did not clean the bathroom very well because there was hair and bobby pins laying around. And they definitely were not from me.

Location was great for what we needed. Loved the easy access off I-94. Didn't spend much time at the hotel since we were in town visiting friends. Spacious room, very clean.

Breakfast seemed a bit unorganized. Eggs, sausage, and french toast sticks could have been warmer. That staff could have been a little more attentive, but being fair, I know busy Saturday and Sunday mornings can be a challenge.

This is, by far, my favorite hotel in Bismarck. Love the courteous staff, fitness room and breakfast.

Can't change this, but the rooms on the East side of the hotel have a lot of street noise, unfortunately.

Great morning breakfast. Location and easy on & off interstate access.

Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. Helpful young man at the desk.

I am always confused about the room that will sleep four (or in our case, six) yet only three bath towels are in the bathroom. Why is that???

It was closeTo the mall.

I wanted the room cleaned &other housekeeping was short staffed. Then My granddaughter was trying to rest for another soccer game. So I just asked for towels.

it was wegood stayll placed great staff

Large room and easy access to interstate for overnight stay while traveling.
