Hampton Inn by Hilton Wilson

The manager assured me the room would be decorated the night of our wedding but we came back to a room that had not been touched, not cleaned at all. We wasted money staying at this hotel. I was very disappointed.

Warm friendly environment feel like home away from home. Really enjoyed the lounge area, and breakfast selections. Very nice hotel.

Bed was just okay. Everything else meet my requirements.

Hotel cleanliness and very personable staff. Great location local shopping nearby. Many restaurants in walking distance however still many closures due to the pandemic.

Not hotel however our toilet had slow flushing issues

Everything was clean and orderly... as one would hope. The room was up-to-date. The staff members running the breakfast station were pleasant and eager to help. Although this hotel is a few miles off of I-95, I'd recommend it.

People were extremely cheerful and welcoming. What a way to start the day!Breakfast area was clean and well organized with a Cheerful welcome from Hotel Employee. The lady at the check in desk was prompt and friendly. Room clean and bathroom clean.

Overall the stat was very nice, the staff very professional and the hotel was clean & comfortable.

Only one minor thing, the room at times smelled like a dog had stayed there, which triggered my nieces allergies.

All in all thebhotel was very nice, clean, quiet the customer service the staff was great very friendly people, verybpolite and courteous.

What I didn't like was the picture in the bathroom that depicted a cotton field, being african American that picture just reminder me of what black people had endured living in the South, so might I suggest hanging pictures of nature such as birds, tres, flower, animal, river or mountains anything but reminders of cotton fields. Thank you

Clean room and common spaces, good breakfast, pleasant and efficient staff, good value

The front staff person working on Christmas Eve helped me out, gave me a quiet room. I have misophonia, so I appreciated her efforts. I don't like that pets are allowed there.
