Pros +
- Convenient
- It's generally very clean, the rooms are big with full kitchens. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful
- The rooms have all the amenities you need and the beds are comfortable.
Cons -
- The front desk staff was very nice when we checked in. My husband said the early am desk staff was rude and dismissive when he asked about a luggage cart. The rooms kitchen was short on plates and silverware.
- No hair dryer
- Sometimes the elevators and hallways could be cleaner. Inconsistent kitchen tools from room to room. Every room should have all the essentials. The coffee area again is very inconsistent. Things are there one day and not the next.
