The breakfast was great!

I thought I had booked 2 queen beds but there was only one. Not specified in the receipt and too tired to care.

We had to cancel the next day and make reservations at another hotel. The sofa bed was too hard and uncomfortable, not acceptable for sleeping

Clean, updated, nice breakfast, location

Breakfast, cleanliness, friendly staff and accommodating.

I prefer the sink in the same area with the bathroom, but one night won?t change my mind to stay here again.

I liked that my room was extremely clean. The housekeepers seemed to go above and beyond in cleanliness. The staff who managed breakfast and dining were excellent as well. Very attentive and very clean.

I was unable to get the climate control working to my satisfaction but my room wasn?t unbearable. Even thought the hotel is older, the upgrades are nice. There are areas that still show the hotels true age. There was a crack in the wall in the bathroom.

Walking distance to restaurant

The water does not get hot and the water pressure is the worst ever. This hotel is fine for a 1 night stay if you don?t need to shower. Planning to stay longer, consider a different hotel. It wasn?t just our room with these issues.Its the whole hotel.

Newly remodeled the sofa bed had not been used and the plastic was still on the mattress. Most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on

Bathroom was tiny. It was tough to shut the door while on the toilet!

Beds very comfortable.

Pillows too soft. Phone blinked all night. Noisy neighbors, noisy dog, plumbing and appliances made loud odd noises all night.

Where it was located.

The refrigerator was not working and it was leaking water over the carpet. The TV remote was broken. The front staff were not friendly. The layout of the room was horrible with the toilet right beside the tub where the door opened.

2 roach-looking bugs in the bathroom in the morning. Furniture old and worn out, really bad, not what I expect for price paid.

I wish I can say something good about this hotel. But the good thing is that it had a roof on top of the building and was not leaking water.

Staff was very lazy. Hotel showed a lot of signs of aging. Beds were very uncomfortable. This hotel did not meet the standards of Holiday Inn express. I will never stay at this hotel again. Breakfast in the morning was missing several items.

Staff was really good especially as they were handling a full house, lots of guests checking in at the same time, and a storm.

I was surprised that the room - specifically the bathroom - was not more clean. The tub and shower was dirty. I used hand soap as cleaned off the walls of the shower. The tub floor was just dirty - needed to be scrubbed to get off the black marks. Ick.

I just wanted a night stay on my way to NYC from florida and this hotel worked perfectly for that purpose. Basic and clean rooms, decent breakfast, no waiting.

It had a bed.

It was dirty, large gap under door allowed light in, AC was LOUD, towels were rough, TV remote was broke.

The value of the hotel was great. I usually stay at a different hotel in the same area but their room rates were double. This hotel offered free breakfast, earlier check in time (2 pm), and a later check out time (noon). The hotel room was spotless.

Everything was great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was informed that room I had booked wasn't available. They said they routinely overbook. Receptionist offered me a room with no working key. Room also had no working tv, phone and some lightbulbs were out.Lady knocked on door at midnight for signature.

Location

Upon arrival. The bathroom was flooded. I was switched to another room this time on the 2nd floor. Walked all the way down the hall with my bags and had to walk all the way back because the keys did not work....uugghhh
