Quality Inn & Suites Wilson I-95

The room was dirty, bugs on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Additionally, I felt unsafe in this room due to the presence of an outside door.

It's spacious and clean.

There is no bolt lock, only the lock on the door handle. I would feel better if there was 2 locks on the door.

Location and price

Needs cosmetic updates to the inside. Example.... the door had foam around the trim to make it fit better.

Convenient location

For a 2.5 star hotel you definitely get 2.5 quality. Staff was friendly, decent hot breakfast, but hotel needs renovations. Carpet was smelly, old furniture in rooms but the sheets and towels were fresh.

The room I rented for my daughter had mold in it above the window behind the door and in the bathroom but they did move her to a better room we found a giant centipede crawling across our bedroom floor

Convince and comfort from the road. Half way exactly in middle on drive to and from Florida to NJ

Television sucks. Couldn't figure out channels and way too many sports channels!

Everything!!!!!! There was a sticky substance on the desk, a ton of dust stuck to the ceiling above the bed, water damage on the ceiling and wall in several places, a very noticeable amount of soap scum at the bottom of the tub, chunks and I mean chunks.

Convenience to 95 was great and the assistance at late hours with availability. Outdoor entrance was also a bonus feature.

They are a pet friendly place. But room was still in good condition; but the neighbors dog did bark a time or two.

Room was filthy. Door lock broken, smoke detector disabled.

The breakfast and the lobby were nice. I just as surprised the room was not nice.

The tile in the room was dangerously slippery. You had to lean on the door to lock the bolt. The ac blows the curtains open. It smelled damp and Smokey even though I was told it was a no pet no smoking room. The bathroom door was filthy

Grill local to everything in wilson.

The bed was so hard i had to spend more money and buy a topper.

Bathroom needs remodeling

We asked for a crib and the girl at the front desk acted as though it was an inconvenience. We never got the crib and I highly doubt she even looked for one.

The location is perfect !

Although it's ok , there's no way to get to your room from inside the building, all outside - it stormed the entire time we were there which meant getting drenched each time we left our room .

Room was clean and up to date. Hotel offered free breakfast, wifi, and pool access. Staff is very friendly and accomodating.

I loved the staff they were very friendly.

The location is a little far from everything else. During the renovations they failed to remove the old carpet. It has visible aging and the room could be updated some more. Less processed food (microwave sausage and processed eggs for breakfast).

I paid extra for a pet hotel. I went to get food and someone complained about my dog barking and I got additude from the hotel staff I ended up checking out early. Completely a waste of my money. They need to be explained to what pet friendly means.

That it was 3 miles from where I needed to be

Charging me $100 for incidentals. That's what a credit cards for. Also absolutely no ice machines. Seriously! Also shower/tub was filthy and slippery. Someone's disgusting hair clumps stuck to the shower curtain

Had to make U-turns on a busy highway to return to I=95
