- The kindness of the staff especially the manager. She went well over and above customer service. Snow storm with truck issues = a really bad day. She helped us tremendously. She needs recognition not only from the hotel but Hilton too.

Keith who checked me in was very nice and helpful, all staff was very nice and helpful. My room was clean and any concerns I had was taken care of very fast. Would stay again
Can complain about anything
Gym was nice! Property was clean and easily accessible from the highway. Next to a Cracker Barrel and Starbucks. Nice snack shop as well.
Roaches which I know is normal in the south but I still don’t like it. Stayed in room 314 they were in the bathroom.
