- The level of professionalism of Hotel employee was superb. Unfortunately, I didn?t stay due to unsatisfactory conditions of the rooms, Hotel employee was quick to provide service to assist .
Cons -
- Hotel was not as clean as I would prefer. Asked not to use elevator due to functionality issues. Someone knocked on my door despite the do not disturb sign to see if we were gone so they could clean it.
- The in the rooms, the beds need to be cleaned WELL. Hairs/items from previous guest should not be tucked underneath a mattress to give a false sense of safety/cleanliness that it was clean. If any trace of HAIRS is left, it is NOT clean.
- The breakfast was not good and there were not that many options.
