The room had a very foul odor to it, and there was hair on the bathroom, shower walls, and on the soap dispenser, we reported it they apologized and said they were coming to clean the room. After the cleaning, the hairs remained. . Odor too

Told to keep temp 69 degrees. We had standing water on the floor with mirror dripping if we turned up temp. So cold for us. Had to throw towels to wipe floor so we didn’t slip

Amazingly thoughtful staff leaders . Clean towels and linens. Good mix of breakfast options and location.

Room cleanings need to have a spot check..It took more than a week to have the sink thorougly cleaned.

Checking in and out was quick and simple. The fresh cookies after 1pm. Also the older breakfast attendant, he was very pleasant and helpful.

Outdated and hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Only recommend if you can't afford something else. Wasn't a horrible experience but I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was cool, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good!

I wished the vanity was on the outside of the bathroom, so one person can use the bathroom while another person could groom themselves at the vanity.

Courteous staff

The hotel room smelled horrible. We switched rooms and whomever was on one side of us smoked and the smell traveled into our room. It reeked of cigarette smoke.

This was the worst experience I've had at this hotel. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The room I stayed must have had bed bugs, because the bottom of my legs were eat up with bites.

I love the staff, the cleanliness and the overall environment. It's peaceful.

I didn't like the small choices of breakfast. It would be nice if they gave you a different or better variety of choices for breakfast.

The BED!!!

I have stayed there multiple times and this particular time the front desk guy told me I needed $300 cash deposit because i was local. I told him no one EVER charged me that. We went back and forth but finally he checked me in.

Most rooms look and feel very old and really need remodeling. AC does not work properly and made us sick .

The room was okay. Continental breakfast was okay.

I didn't like that there was a coffee pot in the bathroom,and the water in the tub took along time to drain after a shower,the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.Parking lot spaces were extremely small..

The front desk staff - Shona was extremely professional and welcoming! She answered all our questions and even though it was busy she was patient and calm making sure all guests were served very well. Would definitely recommend!!

Would have loved the option of an indoor pool and an option to check out later

Staff was all very courteous! Room was clean,location was very accessible to stores and highway. Would definitely go there again!
