Hampton Inn Wilmington-University Area/Smith Creek Station

The gathering areas of the hotel were awesome!!! They had comfy chairs and coffee and tea. We brought in some ice cream one night and had a lovely time with the family!!

The air conditioner/ heater in our room 320 was so loud when it turned on I practically jumped out of a deep sleep and killed myself trying to get away from it. This happened EVERY TIME it turned on. EVERY NIGHT.

We filtered selection of hotel to be one with an airport shuttle. Upon arrival they said they had no shuttle so we had to pay for a ride to the airport. Also, they had stated hours for their lobby bar and it was never opened.

Breakfast in the morning was great. A lot to choose from. Also enjoyed our spacious room and how clean it was.

I wish the pool would open up earlier in the morning but the staff told us it¿s bc they put chemicals in every morning.

I was so impressed with this Hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was awesome and I loved the variety of breakfast options every day! Our room was nice and clean! Overall, definitely wanting to stay again, Great experience!!

The heat system has a wall thermostat so the system is different. It’s very loud when it comes on.

Check in took less than two minutes..... the staff was friendly and the room was great!.

There was a disturbance one night at 3 am and your staff extinguished the incident by removing the rowdy people, I thought that was incredibly Awesome!

The Bar needs to be more innovative with incorporating frozen drinks into the menu. Bartenders did an excellent job serving!

I was greeted each day with a smile. Check in was a breeze. It was a well maintained hotel and just a wonderful experience overall.

The cooling system did nothing for the humidity. It felt damp the entire night.

Yes I requested a double and was expecting it since i paid for it.. I was left with a king and no cancellation!!

Clean, priced accordingly, and short 5-10 minute drive to beach! Also, great FREE breakfast in the morning to get your day going! I will go back there again.
