The front desk staff was very friendly

The housekeeper on the floor was very rude! Slamming doors instead of using the door stop! Not everyone was checking out that day.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was clean and close to the interstate.

When we checked in at 4:20 pm, our room was not ready and we had to wait 30 minutes. Not a huge deal, it we had been on the road since 5:00 am and we were obviously tired. Coffee was cold when we arrived.

Liked the fact that the room was mostly fragrance free. My wife is chemical sensitive and she was happy with the level of residual smells. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The over and above welcome we received when checking in. Hampton Inn better be careful, get a head hunter in the Hampton Inn Stacie will be gone.

The first time the can honestly say the complementary breakfast was subpar.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the arrival and departure staff, cleanliness and decor of our room, comfortable bed for getting a good night¿s sleep, nice grassy patches for walking our dog, and delicious breakfast choices. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. We would go back.

The only negative was the fragrance in the air conditioner was pretty heavy. My wife is sensitive to smells so we shut it down.

My room was not cleaned and I did not receive new towels daily.

Did not meet the general Hampton Inn cleanliness standards, Initial room lock did not work-had to go back downstairs for new room, coffee was not ready in the morning: had to wait for new pot to be brewed

We were out of town to see my Grandma who recently went into Hospice care. We chose this hotel based off rate & reviews. The hotel is absolutely FANTASTIC!! The room was super clean and big, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly!!

Very comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was good and the staff were attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

lOBBY NOT WELL LITE WHEN CHECKING IN AT 10:00 P.M., THERE WAS SAND/DIRT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SHEET WHEN I GOT INTO BED! TOO TIRED & WAS UNPACKED, SO BRUSHED IT OFF & DID NOT SLEEP WELL THINKING ABOUT IT! WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Room not clean. Used a damp towel to wipe tile area in bathroom and entryway. It was filthy!

The floors were very very sticky from the cleaning product. The dispensable soap was not appropriate - it needed to be rinsed off. Maybe check who buys the supplies - it really distracted from a nice stay.

As expected at a Hampton inn

We were exhausted. Went to bed at 9:30. Woke up at 11 to noisy chatter & shutting doors complained guy came up to their room. Quiet for 10 min. Called again. Cops came. Tried to sleep woke us at 3,4,5,6:0. Horrible experience. Want $ back. ¿¿¿¿

Yes a few things the room wasnt that big at all i didnt like the way the cable was an the bed was uncomfortable an that next morning got out the shower go in there turn lamp on an all power went out for like two hours they didnt offer to put me in another
