Sleep Inn Statesville I-40

Location, poor parking, drab interior, small rooms and awkward bath, noisy a/c and room door. There were no bowls to be found for breakfast cereals and oatmeal. Finally, the coffee was extremely They should pay YOU to stay there.

Location

When checking in waited 20 minutes for staff. Floor was sticky and dirty in room and stairs and by back entrance. Bed was not level and had bed bugs. People by doors smoking weed. People running and being loud after 11 pm in hallway

Quiet. Cean.

Breakfast was minimal. Disappointingly few choices. Bathroom only has a sliding door so minimal privacy.

Shower pressure in room 214 was terrible

Room size and location

One queen bed was soft and needed replaced. The other bed was firm and comfortable.

Friendly Staff and Security was Great , Breakfast was simple but also Great The location was easy to get to with many eateries and stores near by

The Room was not as expected from photos , There was a bit of mold near ceiling in Restroom and a lot of crud build up around hinges and handle on the shower door .

It's location was decent

The floors write filthy, the toilet wouldn't flush and was full of toilet paper, the front desk was empty all night and we could NOT get assistance at all, and the stay was supposed to include hot breakfast but NOTHING WAS STOCKED. I had to go elsewhere

Shower stall only. AC was loud, and smelled of after shave. Bed small and uncomfortable.

The location right off of interstate 40 was convenient

The floors were disgusting. They needed some major cleaning. Everything else was clean. It felt like it could have been a place where there ¿hourly¿ rentals

carpet in the hall dirty, bathroom door had a hole in it toilet dirty, tub dirty, breakfast not very good for a sleep inn

These are the most comfortable beds to sleep in! Entire staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy staying here.

I don't like the location. Construction traffic makes it hard to get to.

Nothing. It was awful.

Everything. Smelled like weed upon entering the lobby. Which I mentioned to front desk¿he was nice. The atmosphere is dark, dingy, uninviting. The pool was cold, small, ants all around. Breakfast was toast, cereal, waffle, microwave sandwich.

Pretty much everything. The toilet was rocking back n forth, the shower had no pressure or hot water (it was a little less than Luke warm), when we asked for pool towels, the staff gave us attitude. It sounded like a bunch of wild animals right above our.

Tina at the front desk was very kind and helpful The beds, the bedspreads and pillows were all comfy, clean and warm. The walkin shower was so cool.

This was a quiet oasis right off the interstates. Room was ¿as expected¿ from other hotel guests: clean, too much furniture, only 2 small towels in the pocket bathroom but GREAT BEDDING, the self-serve breakfast with waffles and good coffee made us happ

Great stay but towels too small and only two. Odd the corridor carpet was faded or scary looking but not in the rooms. Shout out to a great mattress at Sleep Inn

The staff at the front were great and friendly.

It wasn¿t as clean as I¿d hope for. Hotel is ran down and old.

The front desk clerk was super nice! Very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately the only thing hot for the hot breakfast was waffles and a toaster for bagels. No proteins (eggs,sausage, ect.) Front desk explained and was apologetic. I'm diabetic, so had to find breakfast elsewhere.

Elevator was not working. No hot breakfast was just microwave biscuits. Not enough parking.No lights on outside of hotel so was very difficult to see entrance.would not stay there again terrible.

The bed was sagging on the side. Paint was peeling in the bathroom.

Nothing. The hotel was rundown, dirty, and in extremely poor condition. No upgrades. Older furniture, microwave, frig, and a broken toilet seat.

The location. The Sleep Inn in Hickory is 100 times better than the Statesville location. Paint peeling off the walls and trimming, older carpet, and terrible bathrooms. $---/per night hotels would rate higher. Poor use of money.
