- The pool was a mess, trash in there, no room service at all, no towels or wash clothes, we were tolded we had to request and when we did they said they could not offer us service. I am very disappointed.

- No maid service, was not provided any clean towels. AND THE BED WAS ROCK HARD, no it was not new and that's why it wasn't soft.
