The hotel is very clean and staff are super friendly! There is a breakfast bar and fruit is left out for the guest to eat throughout the day

The room was large with a small kitchenette.

Not the hotels fault. The one inconvenient thing was NC DOT thought it would be a good idea to put medians throughout the town. So if you had to turn left into the hotel or any other business you had to go until you could make a u-turn to do it.

Honestly, nothing. We will not stay there again.

The beds were uncomfortable, we came into a full dishwasher from the last person there that WE had to rewash and unload, the carpets left our feet black and there was a bug in the bed biting me, not a bug bed but some kind of bug.

The hotel was very clean and smelled excellent. The location was perfect for our stay.

Parking should be improved for busy times.

There is no distinction between pet friendly rooms and non pet friendly rooms. Pets are allowed in the lobby area.

I didn¿t like the room. I didn¿t stay in the room. A few minutes after me getting there I seen a bedbug so I left.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was actually very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. I will be staying there again in future.

There was an ant in the bed that I got bit by and on further investigation there was a bottle opener under the mattress and it was filthy under there.

The room was perfect for my family. The bathroom is a little small but other than that it was great!

Wish the breakfast was 7-10 instead of 6-9

Zero communication on random charges added to my debit card. Plus debit card info stolen and used to purchase gas in PA.

The fact that I could bring my dogs with me and that it had everything in I needed. Just like home!

There was absolutely nothing to complain about. I would absolutely stay there again.

Very clean and updated. Food was great for breakfast and a huge variety. Staff were excellent. All of them we stayed 2 nights and had a suite Best all around! Keep up the good customer service.

There was not one thing we didn’t like.

Missed breakfast . . . had to check out early for a 7:00 am appointment.

I was texted the night before from Racquel to see if everything so far was okay. She stated to text for anything we needed during our stay. I requested an extra blanket and pillow, but no one ever delivered these items nor communicated any further.

They charged my Work Credit card $50 for incidentals, and have still not issued the credit, which has delayed my ability to complete my expense report in time.
