Right off the highway

Drug dealers outside our door that lasted 3 hours so we couldn't leave our room, roaches in the room

The staff were nice, but couldn't commit to an early check in. Wanted a $20 fee for an early check in if the room was ready. There's no real need for the fee. If the room is ready, just allow the customer to check in early. Again, staff were nice.

Saw 2 cockroaches in the morning in the bathroom; gross. Had to empty my bags outside when I got home to avoid taking any cockroaches into my house. The room was just worn out too. Walls had cracks sink/vanity was falling down.

Older facility, but not kept in good condition. Killed a cockroach and had one in a bag when e came home. Very noisy.

The room was dusty. It looked like it hadn¿t been cleaned for a while. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was literally hanging by a screw and the curtains looked bad. There was a dog barking a lot. I asked them for a refund, but no answer

We arrived Friday and checked in at the front desk. Had to leave a $100 deposit for "just in case". ok, room was sufficient for the 2 of us. Floors were dirty, my socks were brown within minutes. Our bed NEVER got made, not a good experience at all.

no carpeting, floor was sticky and way too much bleach was used. SO MUCH MOLD in the shower. Bed was old and lumpy, pillows seemed like they were stolen from a airline. Apparently they have resident guests. Not enough room for further issues.

Marijuana smell, loud noisy neighbors, didn't get full deposit back because of dirty towels

For the most part the price, although the cost,taxes for anything extra was outstanding.

The loud obnoxious neighbors, no hot water when it was needed, the marijuana smell outside the room at night and in the morning and nosey almost invasive staff.

Bed was comfortable and thin blankets were surprisingly warm.

The required $100 cash only security deposit, continental breakfast that ended at 9 am, not being able to park near room assigned.

I liked the location. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Price was decent.

Room smelled stale - somewhat like a pet had been there.

False advertising. No gym. Tennis court. Pool is down too

This is the most Racist hotel I ever had went to they treats people bad then take your money and then when I ask them why they put me in a nasty room then they ask me to leave so I did and found a better place

It was for only one night, so it was fine. Bed and shower were clean, but the rest of it the room was not clean at all. Bottom of toilet hasn't been cleaned in a very, very long time. Stuff all over the hair dryer. Sketchy characters hanging around

I was attacked by bed bugs. I jumped up and saw one bed bugs, killed it and called the front desk they sent someone to my room. I then saw another one took a video before I killed it. The staff came to my room and try to denied they were bedbugs horribl

The location and the young lady at the desk were the only nice things about the hotel visit.

When we checked into the room you could smell it had been cleaned but that was the only way you could tell it. There were food crumbs all over the dresser and counter. A knife was left laying on the floor. Cigarette burn stains on the blanket .

The lady up front was very nice and the maintenance guy was nice along with the ladies cleaning the room.

It was a smoking room; but I did not expect it to have holes already burnt into the bedspread. The ladies cleaning the rooms was very nice but I had to ask them to mop the floors. The sheets were old and used.

It was convenient. I had my Dad stay there while we were moving him and everyone including the front desk ladies, Maintenance man, and ladies cleaning the rooms were super nice. they were always making sure my Dad had what he needed.

Not really that I did not like it but the Smoking Room furniture, bedding has a lot to be desired. Just because it is a smoking room does not mean the sheets and bedspread should have holes burnt in them. Also, I went through app and got charged reg
