Location, breakfast, staff and comfort

Curtain was broken, couldn’t log into streaming, door was very loud opening/closing due to something on the bottom

Friendly! The breakfast worker was very accommodating being there with my 3 other family members that were also staying at the hotel (7 grandkids n 5 of my older children their parents!)

Had booked 4 rooms online and when we all had arrived ( Texas, Mississippi, Buffalo,NY) we were all kind of on different floors, didn’t realize cuz booking on line, also a AARP member and 4 ( son, son in laws ) Military?? Again with online no discount????

It was close to where I needed to be the next day.

It is super close to a very busy & LOUD I-85. We had specifically asked for a quiet room & the receptionist put us in a room on the 4th floor closest to the interstate. The a/c compressor also loudly kicked on & off all night.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this location.

The shower curtain had a smell to it and I had to go buy some cleaning supplies for the bathroom because I didn¿t like the smell.

Noisy AC unit, Door found open when checking in. Bed not tidy, mold in shower.

I've stayed here many times and will agin. Close to the highway and destination. Consistent staff and therefore consistent service, cleanliness and attitude.

Staff is very friendly, hotel is conveniently located near our daughters college, rooms and facilities are quite clean. Only minor issue is the elevators are a bit squirrelly.

At check-in we were given room that wasn't ready. Returned to desk, friendly staff seemed bewildered but gave us new room which reeked of cigarette smoke. I gave up smoking over 7 years ago and find the smell nauseating but didnt want change rooms again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I loved my room and the gym was a nice space! The bed was comfortable and love the Dove shampoo/lotion included. Hot breakfast was great!

It was too cold when I walked in to the room no shower cap available the shower floor looked dirty Saturday night the neighbors were extremely loud and yelling parking seemed limited REPS NEED TO ADVISE THE TYPE OF HOLD

The branding is consistent, the staff is always very friendly. Clean, current, delivers on strength of the brand.

Second time in room next to highway entrance ramp, with no vacancies to switch rooms. Quite annoying.

Arrived @ 4p-housekeeping still cleaning rooms?!? Unable to check-in until AFTER 530pm!! Reservation was paid in advance-hotel charged for my stay @ check-out . Still waiting for refund!!! Not stay here in future!!

the hotel was clean and the staff friendly. the room was comfortable and the bed nice and cozy.

the elevator seemed a bit slow and shakey compared to the rest of the hotel which was clean and appeared to be taken care of.

Stayed 5 days and never cleaned my room once. Had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. Overall it was ok experience
