Everything it was the nastiest room I have stayed at it spelt like mildew had little bugs crawling on floor front door gaping at bottom bathroom door had rust and stained wasn?t worth 80.00

It was cheap.

I personally observed 12 roaches in my room (killing 6) over the course of the night. It was too late to try and hassle about another room, so while uncomfortable I stayed but kept my things on the bed.

Hotel employee. She was very friendly and accomodating. I needed a stepstool to get into my bed. I'm short. She assigned a room that kept me from going up or down stairs. And the coffee was super good! The prices were affordable for us.

It could use hand bars in the bathroom and could use some detailing, like caulking around the tub, commode, sink, etc. I understand they are upgrading and, as a property owner, I realize it takes a lot time and money. I appreciate the efforts though

I rented this room from states away for my sister. She, her small dog and my nephew (1.5 y) were attempting to leave an abusive situation. Upon arrival the staff refused her entry, demanding 100$ cash only deposit. The rental, paid, was ---$.

Nothing. This is quite possibly the worst room I have ever been in. I have been in portajohns that were cleaner. It was so bad I didn¿t even stay. I booked another room in a nearby town. There was an old toilet sitting outside. Room was filthy.

The door ¿lock¿ was flimsy and so was the window. The walls were stained with I who knows what. If you are looking for the possibility of a violent crime, this is the perfect place for you.

Dirty, bathtub filled with nasty water and unable to shower, had to wait in the cold for staff member to acknowledge me and even then I was stuck in the cold until staff member had computer issues.

Changing the beds after I git up and left to go visit my brother when I got back my bed was not made they were short on staff.

Close to the job site

Room smelled, druggies all over, crackheads, wallet stolen, the list goes on staff doesn’t respond or answer the calls, had to check in late no one was there at check in.

Poor Customer Service On Both Parties!!! Booking.com and Days Inn!

I was refused a room I had already booked and paid for online through booking.com and almost a month later still haven't been given any kind of refund or alternative stay anywhere else by neither party.... Even after several hours on the phone with customer service! The worst experience I've ever had renting a room in the past 41 years!!!

Convenient location...store locations and access to major roadways.

They got ROACHES!!!! No coffee pot on the room and no breakfast, the ice machine is in the office, but the office door stays locked so you can’t get ice unless the door is already unlocked or you have to ring a doorbell and stand out in the cold waiting for someone to come answer you

The property was trashy, rundown and we did not stay at the location

Not one hint didn’t feel safe and have video of how trashed the place is

No breakfast was offered or available.

No coffee pot in room. Poor lighting. No comfortable chair in room.
