Hampton Inn Roxboro

It was in a good location and a good price. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and the customer service is good.

The only issue did I had about this hotel was I had a small problem with one of the beds it was dirty and I didn¿t get my security posit back

The shade did not close completely because of the air conditioning, so the light outside was very close to the window

The closeness to the event I was attending. The breakfast was good.

The refrigerator in my room didnot work properly. I was told someone would come check it out. Noone ever did, I was there for 4 days. Also the telephone in the room didnot work.

The staff is awesome and makes you feel like family. The maintenance man responded quickly and efficiently. He also had an award winning smile

The restaurant, Popeyes , was directly across from my room which meant their night light, security light, shined my room up very brightly. You are not able to close the black out curtains as they stop them at the window with the air conditioner.

It was clean. Staff was outstanding!

The hotel is a little dated.

What I liked best about the Hotel was the customer service and  the location. I have been there month after month and the  customer service is wonderful. I especially want to say that  hotel employee has always given excellent customer service.

The staff was amazing except for one Individual she was rude and unwelcoming.

I understand with the whole Coronavirus situation It’s hard to serve breakfast, but for the type of money your paying you should offer more. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel at all so It cost more money each morning to eat.

Staff was very personable. Lobby was very well decorated and the breakfast was GREAT! We also loved the small touches such as the free cookies in the evenings and the travel treat bag when we checked out.

Hotel was doing renovations and access was not customer friendly. Ice machines did not work. Seemed that hotel and/or contractor were not concerned about inconvenience to customers. Very unprofessional on part of management, especially for price paid

Was charged twice for my stay and staff said they could NOT do anything about it WillNot use Hampton again!!

The staff was AWESOME! The breakfast staff even sang my daughter happy birthday when they found out it was her birthday.
