Right on the water

Only had double bed rooms available...but it was a very busy time. The restaurant was excellent

Location was great, easy to walk to stuff all around Downtown New Bern. Staff was very friendly and cleaning service was great.

I specifically asked the check in lady to put me in a room not near anyone. She put me in a room that joined to another room with loud people. The hotel was 20% full. I could hear everything they were saying, coughing, etc.

Air conditioning turned off at random times at night so I had to wake up to adjust the room temperature

We loved the location, the friendly staff, the suite size, the cleanliness.

The dinner was mediocre. The prime rib was tough and not hot.

The location was amazing. It was central to everything and all of downtown New Bern was within walking distance.

The bathroom was incredibly small.

None of the doors worked smoothly. The vanity was not attached to the wall. Elevators were not confidence inspiring.

Close to town and small shops.

Did not have a refrigerator or micro wave in room. When asked why they were recovering from hurricane. Did not offer to move one from another room

The location is the main attraction.

I could hear thru the walls, would have liked a small fridge and microwave in the room.Not a good value for the price paid.

The staff was awesome - helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The location is perfect for visiting New Bern, most everything is within walking distance. While the hotel is older, it is well maintained.

The dining room is not open at night although food is available in the bar and via room service.

Very welcoming hotel. Excellent location and very friendly staff. The warm cookies at check were a huge bonus! The bed is so very comfortable. The room is easy to move around in and has great views!

The lights in the bathroom are blinding. It would be nice if there was a light in between off and very very bright.

The location was top notch! All rooms have a view of the Marina and the hotel is walking distance to the cute downtown area! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom! The plumbing was terrible. The toilet struggled to flush at all and the sink was broken. The wall paper was peeling near the shower and overall it was just a let down and outdated. The hotel would be much better with updated bathrooms.

The water stood in the bathroom after taking a shower. There wasn't a microwave or fridge in our room like most motels. But I figured it was because of room service & Covid.

Location was perfect! Within walking distance to all of the shops & restaurants downtown. Beautiful view of the marina from the private balcony. Staff was very welcoming and positive. Bed was comfortable and good channels on the tv. Breakfast was great.

The hotel needs some upgrades. The furniture is a bit outdated and the bathroom fixtures were older & had some rust. The balcony door was difficult to open. For the price, a small fridge/microwave would have been nice.

Staff was VERY friendly. Location was great on the water and near the river walk.

I wish the rooms would have had a refrigerator. They did have ice.
