Hampton Inn New Bern

Great location! Around alot of restaurants, gas station, and other stores.

Yes, there was two things I did not like. The toilet is very low and it was leaking or dripping water. I had to close the bathroom door in order to sleep

It was quite for the most ch part and staff were polite.

The room were only cleaned every other day.

Plenty,the air conditioner didn?t work properly, the toilet didn?t work properly,no conditioner in shower and no breakfast

The check in with Chloe was so nice. She was friendly and offered great advice on local attractions and restaurants.

Although breakfast set up was very good, pass on the offerings. There¿s much better to be found locally.

Location was great. Front desk staff very friendly.

Hotel is missing the little store most Hilton hotels have. Not convenient to walk to other hotel to use theirs.

Wasnt far from downtown or where we were looking for property. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Liked the shampoo, cond and body wash bottles in the shower. That makes it better. We normally stay at Tru by Hilton but this was good.

Just maybe needs to be modernized with furniture but it was still a very nice hotel and I would recommend it to family and friends if ever in New Bern. Beds were very comfortable.

The price was fair and they serve breakfast. It is in a good location to the mall and food to eat.

I did not like the fact you do NOT get room cleaning unless you ask for it. Problem no one told me to of this issue. The hotel was not very clean.

Problem with toilet hanging up. Had to change room then that room had a similar problem. But we could watch for it the second time

The general cleanliness and condition of the room was, in my opinion, not up to what Hampton Inns used to be. Especially the carpet!

I think the chairs in the rooms should be replaced or cleaned. Mine was quite dirty. But they did give me a sheet to put on it.

We arrived on 8-18-22 and on the morning of 8-19-22 the staff informed us there was no hot water and the repairmen would be out later that day to fix or replace the hot water heater/boiler. Also Housekeeping did not clean our room.

Air conditioner went out the first night. the wonderful staff hustled and got us into another room without question. The staff made the whole trip and experience great! Anytime I'm in New Bern this is where I'll stay!

Friendly staff and the welcome friendly feeling displayed. The hotel was very clean and well supplied.

Breakfast buffet, was less than desirable. Too much make it yourself, wait in line to make it, the hot food would have been better with some simple things like scrambled Eagan with opinions to ad cheese or other items, plain sausage links, the sausage pat

The bath tub didn't appear to be cleaned or maybe it#s in need of resurfacing. The carpet in the room itself could use a cleaning. The room also had a mold type of smell.

The hotel was super clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

The pool needs some renovations- but everything g else is super new!

The location to points of interest was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants, and fishing. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

That I had to check out early because of the hurricane. I lost a day of fishing and fun. Did not get refunded for the day I paid for and lost out on.
