Staff was very nice and helpful.

Beds weren't very comfortable. Elevators seemed very old.

Great staff!

The elevator doors are too heavy and take too long to open. I saw an elderly couple almost squished by the elevator doors I had to step in to help. Everyone commented on the elevators seeming "scary" and "unsafe"

Friendly staff, near the beach, good access to the beach and nearby attractions. Good breakfast.

Needs to be updated. Only 1 elevator in service. Gloomy 2nd floor access to breakfast area and pool/beach.

Staff was friendly and views/location were good. Bed comfortable.

Elevator is slow and small, only one working. Seems typical for this property.

The staff was great. The shower was great. The breakfast was great

The air conditioning was terrible. The elevator was terrible. The decor was very outdated for having to pay top dollar.

Location was terrific. Short walk to the beach. Very nice deck overlooking the ocean. Free breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants.

I haven?t stayed here for years but the price was so good I booked it! This poor hotel is in need of a major RENOVATION! It?s falling apart!

We stay when we visit family bc it's close and they accept pets.

Only complaint is the hotel charges extra for a pet room and charges an additional fee for the pet per night no matter how long your stay is. And, the room is not "cleaned" everyday so not sure why the fee every day.

Food and the view the price too!

Staff, cleanliness, location were all great. Room was a little dated. Great price, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was on the ocean had adequate parking, the room was bright and clean for the most part the breakfast provided was fine really was a pleasant stay, a few improvements but were minor

Microwave needed to be cleaned better had a burnt small when I used it from previous guest

The room was spacious and we were delighted with the ocean view and balcony.

Fantastic location, great views of the beach.

Room had a terrible, persistent odor. We were only staying one night so it wasn¿t worth trying to switch rooms. Fortunately, the weather was lovely and we were able to sleep with the balcony door open. There was hair in the bathtub. Overall rundown place.

Staff was so helpful. They accomdated us with changing our room location because of wife's walking disability.
